this is my place. not this place in particular. but anywhere there’s a body of water. it could be an ocean, lake, river, pool, swamp, pond, lagoon, fjord, creek, billabong, cove, dam, estuary, harbor, stream, gulf, kill, kettle, toilet, tub, marsh, sea, reservoir, loch, strait, spring, moat, bay, bayou, channel, canal or a bog. BUT THAT’S IT. i feel really free when i’m in/around water. i could never lived in a landlocked state or country. i’d feel too trapped. almost feel that way in philly. i need to move back to a coastal state.

Ball
watched these kids playing ball for a bit. they were adorable. they couldn’t even hit the backboard but that didn’t stop them from playing a very competitive game.

Flourishing Fungus
i overwatered my elephant ear plant, shut every window in my apartment and left for a week. i didn’t take into account how humid it had been lately and when i got back the soil had a nice fuzz growing on it and HUGE mushrooms shooting up not only out of the top but also out from under the pot. oops.

yeah another dead creature. quincy the cat ripped the head clean off this poor little bunny and left it on display outside for all to see.

crazy sand dunes out in provincetown, cape cod. can’t really capture how amazing this place is in a picture. felt like i was on the moon.

the grand ol’ divine lorraine hotel at broad and fairmount. once a display or architectural greatness. now an eyesore in a blighted neighborhood.
